Born on a cold winter’s day in December 1979, I was raised by my parents along with my younger brother. After the regular school years I began an apprenticeship in a Swiss private bank. I also got my university-entrance diploma during these three years. Then I did my bachelor of business administration while still working 80% and graduated in 2005.
At the age of nine my grandfather taught me my first magic trick. Ever since then I practiced and perfected this wonderful art of sleight of hand, deception, misdirection and entertainment. As I grew older I enriched my skills with mind reading and other feats of mentalism, psychology, suggestion and hypnotism.
I took my first steps into acting at the age of fifteen, when I started to play in theatres. First with small parts and as I grew older, I also got the leading parts. Usually farces and comedy plays.
Since 2003 I get booked as an actor, voice artist and model for advertisements in print, television and cinema. I had the pleasure of working with directors like Reto Salimbeni, Eli Sverdlov and Lydia Zimmermann amongst others and with the actress Carla Juri. With a lot of experience as a stage actor I got more and more into filming and therefore took further education at the European Film Acting School in Zurich and Die Tankstelle, 10er Block, Sigrid Andersson System in Berlin, where I learned the craft of acting in film. I took the Advanced Masterclass of Bernard Hiller in Hollywood, Los Angeles and London for further acting education.
Along the way I also write screenplays by myself and in collaboration with other actors and directors.
